Egg Scramble with Tortilla

This is such an easy and quick breakfast! While on my fitness journey, I’ve realized I need quick meals or meals that are already made. Without them, I give in to takeout very quickly.

In total, this meal takes maybe 10 minutes to make—if that. Calories and protein will be different for everyone, but I’ll share mine. Since I’m 5’0”, I have to eat much smaller portions.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup egg whites

  • Splash of milk

  • 1 slice turkey breast

  • Handful of spinach

  • ½ small Roma tomato

  • ⅛ onion

  • 60-calorie tortilla

Calories: 195
Protein: 20g

Grocery List

  • Eggs

  • Egg whites

  • Spinach

  • Low-calorie tortillas

  • Sliced turkey breast

  • Onions

  • Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Mix the egg, egg whites, and a splash of milk. Whisk together with salt and pepper.

  2. Spray your pan.

  3. Add the diced onions and tomatoes.

  4. Pour in the egg mixture.

  5. Add the turkey breast and spinach.

  6. Cook until the eggs are fully done.

Serve with a low-calorie tortilla.
