Salmon Crunch Bowl
This one is for when you’re craving that crunch.
Your base is going to be rice and spinach (one or the other is fine too). If you’re not sure how to cook rice, check out the Chipotle Bowl recipe.
Salmon
Season with sazón and paprika. Salmon already has lots of flavor so we don’t have to go too heavy with seasoning. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Egg
Bring water to a boil. Place egg in water for 6 minutes.
Assemble.
